Your Party Booking with us…                 T’s & C’s

  1. Our party packages include ONE entertainer. If you’re booking for a larger group why not add an extra entertainer!  

  2. Our packages are suitable for 3 – 8 year olds. Children under the age of 3 should be supervised to avoid show disruptions.

  3. Our packages cover a maximum of 20-30 children. For larger groups it’s best to hire a few of us!

  4. Our entertainer will call you no later than one or two days before your party, just to touch base and run through any final details. However, if you have not heard from the entertainer the day before the event, please inform us and we will follow it up for you.

  5. We aim to arrive at the party venue 15 minutes prior to our start time. However, we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control e.g. extreme weather conditions, accidents, unexpected traffic delays, vehicle breakdown etc. Should a rare event such as this occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  6. We love to do our shows outdoors but we are weather dependent. In the event of possible rain, we recommend that we keep the entertainment indoors, to avoid any disruptions.

  7. If you have additional entertainment, such as bouncy castles, please arrange a temporary halt for the duration of the main show that you are asking us to provide. This will ensure that all the children will enjoy the show.

  8. If you would like to give party food while we are there, it’s best to have it at the end when we are making balloons. Food-time during the entertainment will absolutely disrupt the show.

  9. The entertainer will need a table and two chairs for face painting, a plug socket for the music and just a little floor space for the games & magic!



  1. A deposit will be required to secure your booking. The balance will be payable on the day of your party. Please note that we have to add a 3.5% of the deposit price for payments made by PayPal. 

  2. A travel fee of €20-€30 is required, depending on the location, and means of transport of the entertainer. We are happy to travel a little further once travel expenses are covered!

  3. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable to another date or time. If you decide to cancel we can check to see if we can reschedule for another date and time within the next 3 month period. However we cannot guarantee availability in the event of rescheduling, so it’s best to pay the deposit when you are 100% sure of your party date. We ask that you give as much notice as possible should you need to cancel.







  1. We are fully insured for face painting, children's party entertainment, games, magic and balloon modelling. All our circus acts have their own public liability insurance. All allergies, medical requirements or other similar conditions applicable the party children, which may affect the party in any way, must be reported to us prior to the party date.

  2. It is the responsibility of the adult(s) in charge to supervise the children at all times. This is to ensure compliance with the Children’s First Bill of 2012.

  3. By booking with The Kids Entertainment Agency, you give us permission to take photographs at parties or events for use in our promotions. If you do not wish for this to happen please notify us in advance.
